• If both parties mutually agree to cancel services prior to delivery
If a client cancels a scheduled service before it has been initiated, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the preparation work already completed and the timing of the cancellation.

• Completed consulting sessions
• Delivered reports, strategies, or analyses
• Custom advisory work already initiated or completed
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution, typically taking 5–10 business days.
